My Opinion- Companies that do reverse splits are either;

1.) trying to falsely and quickly raise their share price so that they can get on or stay on the NASDAQ; (TRTC recently did that to merge and get on the Canadian Stock Exchange and it didn't work);or

2.) liquidate and rename an old company to keep the game going because their company doesn't really have a real product or a plan that follows up on or improves upon any real product; and therefore can't create interest in investors to buy their stocks.

No company that can generate serious revenue will do a reverse split; they will instead buy back and or retire shares.

GOHE is going to have a major piece of the monetary processing business of the entire cannabis industry, globally. They have the same business plan, potential and goals as GRBX; in fact...I would say they are mirrors of each other...only GRBX owns the technology and GOHE licenses it from them. This company has not 1 reason to do a reverse split of its' stock; in fact...I believe that today's news is the beginning of it all and by Q3 we will be in the tens of cents.
