NSPR is Hyper Undervalued (both High Book Value and High Cash Value are around $0.3 per share) and Hyper Oversold most recently! So it will be up significantly from current ridiculous low price levels! Its most recent high was $0.315 ~ $0.3068 v.s. at joke low $0.18xx now!

Its peer (EDGE) had bounced near Double from its New Bottom $0.2801 to $0.54! Thus NSPR will bounce to $0.2514 at least...
