Concerning Surgical Supply and Distribution Company:

Generex will acquire all of the assets of Medisource including business operations, accounts receivable and inventory, contracts, and real estate, on a debt free basis, for One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) worth of Generex (GNBT) stock, plus additional cash and stock consideration for achieving certain sales and profit projections.
