Carl, this is not a claim, but actual facts within the reports showing a consistently increasing share structure. Makes you wonder if the previous R/S vote was really for the uplist. Said vote was what 6-7 months ago? To date...no uplist.

Some claim that it is because of an increase in office space, but this figure is also listed in the Q and under 300K.

Some claim this is also because of new hires. Coincidentally the first order of business for the new hire...establish his options.

Increase Revs and Profit are figures reported by the diluters. Coincidence? Some may say there is no such thing as a coincidence.
