Blackridge seems to be another OTC company he works with, and even though they have known better times price wise, it doesn't seem like they are cooked. And it's hard to tell what the influence of a consultant is. It could be the market, or other aspects of the company that makes the price move. To know that you would need to dig much deeper into that company. And correct me if I'm wrong. I doesn't seem like you are finding this agreement between Mexus and Stan Berk that important. It's hard to say anything about the private companies he's working for, but they seem legit to me, as far as I can tell. And to me this quote from the PR seems right also:
"Mr. Berk has a long history of money management and hedge fund management related to capital acquisition in both the public and private markets. Stan and his entities have done so for many companies in diverse industries"
