"In 2009, the Supreme Court ruled that WOL and the accompanying banks had painted too rosy a picture of the value and future expectations of the company prior to the IPO. WOL went to the Amsterdam stock exchange on March 17, 2000, but that initial public offering ended in failure, causing thousands of investors to be duped. WOL founder Nina Brink sold her own interest a few weeks before the IPO for a price that was much lower than the introduction price."

I was doing my DD before investing here now not so sure....guess time will tell
