The company filings show $316 million in the bank! The cash value of the stock is at least $10/share. They are buying a wound care business with international distribution and 300K sf of manufacturing space. Based on the size of similar companies this is a multi billion dollar operation and the stock is seeking a fair value. What is completely undervalued are the 5 year warrants at 11.50 strike.
