Yes. Deposit of $120 million and revised bid of $5 billion is official. Only other option currently is liquidation which nets somewhere between $2 and $3 billion and the immediate loss of over 50,000 jobs. The courts will press this through. Unless somebody comes along and offers more during the auction period then this is the offer that will stick. Sears will emerge out of bankruptcy with the Q dropped. Gonna get crazy up here tomorrow!
