For those on the fence/watching from the sidelines.. ask yourself this, what's the purpose of REDUCING OS/AS? If a company is planning on diluting they will do the exact opposite and INCREASE OS/AS. Instead they turn it into preferred shares, while 'currently' negotiating a new finance deal "under the best terms possible"...

So with that said, what do you think will happen to those preferred shares if they aren't being sold to retail, to whom will they go to...?
