We can not answer any question about Metrospaces, let me reminder you, the only relation Metrospaces has with iQSTEL is that Metrospaces has 6 Million of shares of iQSTEL, and for this reason Mr. Oscar Brito (President of Metrospaces) is member of the Board of iQSTEL. Neither other employee, officer,  or Director of iQSTEL works or represent the Metrospaces interests.

About the iQSTEL fillings, We are current with all the fillings, since we manage iQSTEL we filled (1) 10-K, (1) 10-Q, (5) Form 3, (1) Form 8a-12G, (4) 8-K and (1) 8-K/A, this last in Dec 17, 2018. Now we are working in the 10-KT due the change of the End of FY to Dec 31. 

Regarding our duty to create shareholder value, we work every day in that direction, well growing the current business or well exploring new opportunities for M&A, always under our scope of business: telecommunications, internet, and technology.
