BAIC was initially offering unlimited battery swaps to customer of the EV300 at 432 yuan/mo... or $67USD. If the ZJMY swap stations serviced just 1,000 vehicles annually at each station with a similar program that would amount to 67x12x1,000= $804K revenue per swap station annually. These revenues should be attainable since the EV swap model will be standardized, Han Z is concentrating on fleet services, and other EV battery services will be offered at each swap location. Now if 50 stations are developed in Anyang as the municipal gov't is proposing that amounts to over $40 MILLION USD in annual swap station revenues for that city alone.
