All comments are welcome and I appreciate the details about this prior lawsuit from 5-6 years back. I was not aware of it either, thanks. However, the suit is another company, NOT Cannapharmarx. It is unrelated to this company.

As far as I can tell, CPMD is doing well and I'm reading the documents that have been filed with the SEC. These are not blue chip stocks (yet), these are risky investments & often startups. Consequently, I'd guess that over past decades, the company's management may have participated in forging many other businesses. Unless one of the CTO's or COO's is named Elon Musk, it's a certainty that they all of their past deals did not work out to everyone's 100% satisfaction. When a shareholder is unhappy or thinks they can cash in on a big payday -- they sue; that's how it works in America. I bumped into a lady's car last year in the Costco parking lot and she sued me for $16k claiming a neck injury and my insurance paid. It happens. I appreciate you bringing these details to my attention. However, IMHO it has no bearing on this deal.
