Agree....I worked for a natural pet food company that started in 2002 and they knew the importance of branding/marketing. Did things outside the box all the time to educate and get product in front of the people. Also, agree with your customer for life comment....by the way this company started with a tiny budget and sold for 8 Billion Dollars last year.
