Hey Sleek, what is your take on the issue with the FDA halting certain food products with CBD? Is VATE in the clear when it comes to FDA approval? Or do we need to wait for confirmation? As I understand it, CBD in beverages will be permissible as long as exaggerated health benefits are not promoted on packaging. Is that right?
