The Reg. E Funds will acquire or create operating businesses with synergies. These businesses will be combined via a business combination transaction and taken public to trade under their own symbol. We intend to raise our first Fund for $5,000,000.00 as soon as our auditor completes the financial statements for the first Fund by mid November 2006.
