1) I am from Europe, not from the US
2) I have a job
3) The rest of my time I have a family, and read/write on the Mr. Cooper Group (COOP) board (formerly WMIH/WMI/Washington Mutual Inc.) and manage my investment in COOP and other stocks. In FNMA I am holding only a small position at the moment
4) If you believe it or not, I actually read these "news", but thought this could not be everything causing this rise. (That's why I asked for a brief update what has changed). Hope for ending the NWS/Conservatorship was always the reason for every rise in PPS here. So it seems to be only another pump&dump. Don't get me wrong, I made a nice profit when FNMA ran from sub $2 to $5 and also a smaller profit the years before, but I don't believe that now the NWS and conservatorship REALLY will end just because the media are picking up speed again
