Hop-on Company Enters Profitable Electronic Cigarette Manufacturing Industry

November 22, 2010, Irvine, CA --- Hop-on, Inc. (OTC: HPNN) announced today that the Company will be entering the booming e-cigarette market and will be manufacturing electronic cigarettes and cigars. The electronic cigarette industry is potentially a multibillion dollar industry.

Michaels stated, “I have tremendous experience building electronics efficiently. Years ago, while I was Hop on’s president, we were an industry leader and pioneer of CDMA and GSM mobile phone technologies. We built one of the world’s most inexpensive CDMA and GSM wireless handsets. Hop-on will now be focusing on electronics manufacturing and market expansion. Both cell phones and electronic smoking devices have great upside and tremendous income potential.”

CEO/President, Jay Pignatello, has resigned. Peter Michaels again assumes the position of President and CEO. Mr. Pignatello will remain on the Board of Directors.

Updates on past Activity Announcements:

May 6, 2010--Hop-on Lands Distribution with MLM Global Verge for USAcig. Global Verge has not purchased any products at this time.

May 10, 2010--Hop-on executes an MOU with a Voice Over IP Company. Hop-on was not successful in arranging the proper funding for this transaction.

July 09, 2010--Characters Wanted for a Stop Smoking Reality TV Show, Produced by Hop-on and USAcig. Hop-on and USAcig will be finalizing the TV Show “Sizzle Reel” before the end of the year and seeking TV distribution.

July 26, 2010--Hop-on Has Letter of Intent to Acquire USAcig. After doing due diligence, Hop-on will not acquire USAcig as Hop-on will be manufacturing its own electronic smoking products.
