Here's what needs to happen ASAP

For Cipherloc to succeed, it needs to do the following:

1) Replace the CEO (this is concurrent with full cooperation into a full investigation into de la Garza)
2) Replace current legal counsel
3) Hire a CFO
4) Hire a COO - must have senior software engineer experience
5) Hire a VP of Sales & Marketing
6) Let the VP of Sales & Marketing put together a sales force
7) Allow VP of Sales & Marketing to terminate all existing sales and marketing vendor contracts
8) Elect a new Board of Directors with at least 2 more seats
9) Amend the corporate bylaws to strip the Chairman of current powers
10) Make sure that CLOK C-level executives respect Reg FD
