Schecter it is apparent that these entities operated independently under the Inmed Group Inc umbrella possibly for tax purposes etc or other reasons! Toron Inc is a public company , and all these entities will be grouped together via Inmed as one , and its revenue will now flow through Toron Inc! Hence no need for separate LLC’s running independently! It’s quite apparent a major transition is in full swing with the Inmed Group Inc, no spinning of this scenario needed!
