But why now. Its like he has nearly 5 million shares now at a cost of over 2.2 million. What does he see that is worth investing in our sinking ship? Or could it be some type of manipulation for parties on his part to drive it down from our recent $1.80 high to our low of 30 cents and him jumping in close to the bottom.

I just know unless I was stupid rich I wouldn't want to invest in any company that had such a disastrous drop with no contracts and increasing revenues on the horizon.
