Here you go. Hopefully I didn’t miss the boat on you all having this information already.

Through the public records of Alabama business entity filings it now as quite a bit updated.

The information below is what I obtained via companies under Jaques Jarry (Inmed Group founder/CEO) ownership.

In his history Mr. Jarry has had about 20 different entities with the State of Alabama. Many being small LLC’s used for income pass through reasons, etc. most likely. Many of those 20 companies were dissolved over time. That left about 10(ish) that he had active as of 12-1-18.

Then ironically on 12-14-18 Mr. Jarry had recorded the filing of having SEVEN business entities dissolved.

Here are the details on 4 of them that you may have some interest in. ?

-Crenshaw Family Care Center, LLC…Dissolved on 12-14-18.
-Crenshaw Immediate Care, LLC…Dissolved on 12-14-18.
-Bullock Immediate Care, LLC…Dissolved on 12-14-18.
-Bullock Family Care Center, LLC…Dissolved on 12-14-18.

Anything ringing a bell here???? And all of these entities have been around for 8+ years.

Also on 12-14-18 ERmds, LLC, Alabama Residential & Commercial Contracting, LLC, and Benevita, LLC were all dissolved. Also all have been around for many years.
FYI, Brad Eisemann also was a principal/incorporator on ALL 3 of these companies before they were dissolved!!!

As we know (or should know) in a corporate merger or buyout you can’t just transfer a LLC entity as it exists over to new owners. The LLC is specific to the owner/principals of the LLC. So they have to be dissolved (in most cases) in order to be merged or consumed. This is different than with Corporations.

Choose to take this for whatever you wish. WOWOWOWOW.
