You could service the debt with a raise or the debt could have some type of balloon. A debt instrument now should, get you a raise at a higher price later. That assumes that they execute, debt right now is not a bad idea. I will bet that the debt amt is not 50mm. I am just reporting what Randall said. Titan is considering debt because we are close enough to do that.
