The F-1 can be 300 pages if it involves an IPO

My guess is, TRW's F-1 will be close to 50 pages.


So how long did it take NAKED BRAND GROUP to complete the 20 page F-1 process once filed? Exactly 30 days despite 2 amendments. Very encouraging.
