Spoke to Richards before the holiday's. Still waiting for the audit to be signed off on. Didn't have a timeframe and basically just said when it's done, it's done. He doesn't have any leverage over Malone and Bailey to pressure them to finish. He mentioned the auditor was out sick for some time in December and there were holiday's that people were out for. He says his people are in touch everyday with them when the auditor is in. We'll see....
