excellent post pelanganos...if if you read between the lines....do you know what they are really saying? i'll tell you....in short, they are saying, we may buyback as many shares of NGBL that we want without reporting such buying activity.....that is what has been happening for three months now....BUY BACKS AND ACCUMULATION!!!!
