Even worse - CEO pocketd the money?

When he was selling stuff and confirming sales of products (speakers, 4K TV's, etc) on shopify, it is interesting that $0 of these sales showed up on his unaudited financials - $0 revenue.

So if he was really selling product, and he claims he was, he was pocketing the cash for his own use.

Shopify shut down the selling. Maybe he wasn't paying them, either.

A court even found that Peter Michaels has a track record of money laundering and fraud, so I'm not surprised.

The felon CEO is a total disgrace. I wouldn't even give him work-release for his crimes.
Anyone wonder why he is only posting occasionally on his stock promotion social media?
