That would go a long(s) way towards legitimacy for taking your shares out from under you do close to a completed handheld device. Breathtec didn't need Nash Pharmacueticals. Never forget, they needed us to finance it's endeavors and Kal to takeover Breathtec having long ago abandoned/sell out the company/shareholders. It will also be helpful if the potential pharma partners are known pharma companies and not simply additional small time players.
