I was in San Marcos, TX this past weekend, a town just south of Austin, Texas, and 16 miles north of New Braunfels, TX and stopped at the Spec’s Liquor Store to see if they stocked EverX CBD water. To my surprise, they were well stocked so I bought 3 bottles at $3.99 each.
To those of you that have never seen a bottle of EverX up close or read all the label, here are some details:

The drink comes in a 16.9 OZ container.

The label at the bottom of one side reads:

Bottled for EverX
Hayden Idaho 83835
Stock Symbol OTC: PURA

On the other side of the label starting at the top it reads:

CBD Research Shows:
. Healthy Immune Boost
. Assists Achy Muscles (Pre and Post Workouts)
. Assists in Muscle Recovery
. Assists Strains and Sprains
. Assists with Muscle spasms
. Assists with Inflammation

But at the very bottom of the label, on the same side and in very small fine print, a disclaimer is shown that reads:

7.5 To 8.5ph at the time of manufacturing. EverX makes no claims to listed benefits. Benefits based on ongoing CBD research. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Well I hope you liked the additional detailed information about the label. By the way, the water tastes good and I would buy some more and drink it again, but hopefully the retail price will come down over time. Also I am a long time Pura and USMJ investor.
