SNS, agree with what you are saying considering the FOCUS Trial is not expected to be completed until April 2020 (according to latest on ClinicalTrials.gov) and the ALIGN Trial is not expected to be completed until January 2023 (Final data collection date for primary outcome measure) thus the reason I questioned your feeling that June 2019 would be significant?

Also agree that the future is very vulnerable to high dilution. Since their last 10-Q they have introduced 756k shares into the OS not attributable to Warrants or Preferred Shares and based on what has been reported since then, they still have 66.1m shares out via Warrants and Preferred Shares that will be coming into the market unless they make a deal to have them extinguished or buy them back.

Based on past behavior, extreme caution is warranted in my view.
