All indicators point to incompetence. There was no benefit to WDBG or to shareholders by announcing a 1:9000 a week ahead of time. They seem to be incompetent scammers. If this announcement was done on purpose, the only reason I can think of would be to purposefully tank the stock, have insiders buy up the shares, cancel the R/S, and run the price up again--and that's the shady miracle some are probably hoping for. It really doesn't make sense, but that's not the first thing that doesn't make sense about WDBG over the last week--that's part of the reason it's drawn so much attention and sleuthing.
