I would like to apologize to everyone on the board for any derogatory comments that I may have made about management (Ken and James). I am just a little frustrated here what with being down over $3,500, and have perhaps "vented" through the wrong venue.

I DO believe that this company has POTENTIAL. Otherwise I would not have bought it in the first place. And for most, you would not have bought this company if you did not feel that it has potential as well. There is however, one thing that I have noticed. The general sentiment surrounding this company seems to be this:

1) When shareholder value is up- James and Ken are geniuses.

2) When shareholder value is down- James and Ken are incompetent.

I have been in and out of this stock since April of this year. I have been around for both the high's and the low's. It is definitely a love/hate situation for me. But one of the first things that I learned about investing, is not to become "emotionally invested." IMO, it is not fair to judge a stock by it's PPS. And it is also my opinion that this stock is highly undervalued. And as far as this stock sinking back to subpenny level, that would be virtually impossible (the company assets alone would not allow it).

Believe me, I would much rather be in the green than in the red right now. All of us would. And IMO the green will soon come.

All that I need- Has anyone even taken the time to watch the movie? It is hilarious in case you haven't seen it. Has anyone here looked at the 52 week chart? Did you notice the run that the share price made when it was released? And don't forget...it is out on DVD...creating revenue.

-Say it in Russian- perhaps it is not the blockbuster hit of the century, but it will still generate revenues. IMO alot of investors are waiting to see whether or not we get accepted to Sundance. We should have an answer by December (not far off). IMO we will get accepted. And when we do...people will actively start trading this stock. And thinking more long term, DVD release, etc. = more revenue as well.

-Whiskers- Children movies (or family movies) generate more revenue in the box office than any other movie in the industry. Cold hard fact. Check it out for yourself.

-Never Submit- MMA is one of the hottest sports out right now. It is generating MILLIONS...perhaps, BILLIONS in revenue. IMO I see it slowly replacing boxing and "professional wrestling." Well, not replacing, but I see MMA stealing fan base from boxing and wrestling. I personally love MMA...my buddies and I rent matches on Pay-Per-View. They are not cheap by the way. And IPEI has hired REAL MMA fighters to star in this movie. Not to mention we have teamed up with one of the largest MMA magazines...TAPOUT. Yes, I know that it is not due out until 2008.

The company has legitimate projects in the making, that they are actually COMPLETING. More than most pinky companies can say for themselves.

IMO...we are right on track. Just because the PPS is not where you want it to be, or where it SHOULD be...don't write the company off. REMEMBER, buy when nobody wants the stock...sell when everyone does. I have a feeling that alot of us who have been knocking the company will be eating our own words in the near future.

All of this is just IMO.
