It’s peoples speculation. Since they are RSing the AS and not just the OS people are hoping they will then do a FS and raise the AS so the company can have some liquidity and shareholders will be rewarded for staying in... The way the RS is setup now there will be no shares in the companies hands to use as liquidity if they wanted to. There is definitely something else going on but I don’t think the FS is the answer... much more likely they will raise the AS and not do a FS.... IMO...
