So truly why would hanks need to do the reverse merger if he didn’t need access to the ability to sell shares to build whatever he’s building. If he had the the money up front he would’ve stayed private. Why share? Kinda one of the things the market is for...raising money. Ipo ‘s... so take your risk and do your own dd. Just remember to pay yourself.
