Don't tell me champ, tell it to the NEJM. My father in-law's nephrologist friend says there is a rather large difference between a study and a randomized control trial. The NEJM probably doesn't care so you should submit the data and hope for the best. If I were running a similar study, I would choose certain passengers on the Titanic as my placebo or control group. If one person lives, you've made a difference, food for thought. Let me know how the NEJM responds to the submission of the Griswald Study. thanks for sharing!
