when I remember right, Paul Wallace offered about 5 million and the group wants 40 million. 5 million would be same as about 0.012 share price. so why sell below 0.012..?? 40 million would be about 0.10.

selling below 0.012 makes no sense? anyone. or did I get that wrong?
