Can you expand on your assertion:

TMPS and Omega are the only two private contractors that are bidding on a 5 year Navy refueling contract worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

1. How do you know that TMPS and OMEGA are the only two bidders?
2. How much of Navy refueling needs will this contract cover (Is it for just a small part of Navy refueling)?
3. Do you think it's closer to $200 million or $900 million?

The free-float market cap looks like it is around 16.35 million shares times 11 cents equals about $1.8 million. So the size of the contract will make a HUGE difference in the share price at levels of $200MM vs. $900MM.
