I dont see them moving to the OTCBB anytime soon, their last 10Q is dated & they have not kept current, which would be required to uplist. They filed, back in June, actully no they said the "planned" - so that is in a cloud in itself.
As to who these shareholders holding up the price are - have not a clue, BUT if you look at the last 10Q you realize that its all one big happy family - the float is limited so all the owners are RSPG affiliated or family & friends & Maxwell. Thing is all the shares they control were registed to be sold, & since no one knows when or if they did, i cant say that they are the ones keeping it up..
Now naked shorting...i'm curios where that speculation is coming from, seem slike evry stock now wants to say were being naked shorted when the stock is looking bad. I'm not sure, its naked shorting.
RSPG is a $61m market cap company....ask your self is it worth that - with the lack of business developments investors have been prevy to?
