The mania was just a load of crap. The farm bill did nothing for hemp except make hemp legal in the 7 states that choose to follow federal laws and made all cannabis illegal. So think about this, Cannabis Sativa which hemp is is now legal in all 50 states, but Cannabis Sativa is also still a Schedule 1 drug. Boy that sure cleared up the debate. The cannabis movement was never about making hemp legal. It was supposed to be about making cannabis legal period. Hell hemp products have been sold in Oregon for almost two decades. And as all can see the farm bill has done nothing for the markets. Except in 7 States. Go Sipp
