I ask, because I am curious.
Again...why is TAUG’s paid consultant, who is incessantly touting the company and its (so far unavailable) products, afraid to answer a simple question about which sweetener is being used in the gum???
TAUG had no problem listing a boatload of other features of TAURI-GUM.
It seems a bit strange that they worry about it being kosher, and gluten free, etc.
But there is no mention of the sweetener they are using.
Then, when someone asks, instead of answering what should have been a simple answer to a simple question;
the consultant refuses to answer and deflects the question with “why do you ask”.

That looks like a big RED FLAG warning to me.
