"Painting the tape" intentionally into the close, using a trade amount at or near the commission price is "STOCK MANIPULATION" according to thee SEC...the SEC is aware (as is FINRA)...100% guaranteed.....
EVERYONE HERE KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON.....it's a no brainer.....
AND...the SEC KNOWS obviously....thus the account used to commit the SEC violations will typically be shut down after a few violating actions...the broker(s) must do it to stay FINRA compliant and avoid a SEC AUDIT....
NO brokerage will risk their brokerage licenses via letting stock manipulation occur in their trading accounts...they have computer bot A/I to monitor for such actions - Sarbane's Oxley really cracked down on the brokers...and they take this shit seriously now....very seriously....
It's criminal stock manipulation....and it's beyond obvious.....
