That means anyone on the inside of the merger could pick up shares all day long that would be left in the float from the last of the willing sellers and buy them for a lot less than the market cap on Friday and past weeks. Fridays market cap was 13 million dollars. Down here it would be just over 2.5 million dollars to buy them all. Not a bad idea if big things are ahead. It will be interesting to see what exactly has been happening behind the scenes. Hopeful that things are much bigger and better than they have looked since the RS stuff started last Thursday evening.
