PHUNW - I was searching last night, also, and didn't really find anything that satisfied me as to the terms. I emailed the company last night and called them this morning leaving a message but haven't heard back as of yet.

I have seen lots of $1 stocks with strong earnings and solid balance sheets triple, quadruple and more, but I have yet to see one go below zero.
