EMAIL Q&A from Company: NVSOS is being updated ASAP to give shareholder confidence. Please see the picture of email below. I have also copied the texts for convenience. I can also CONFIRM news in the next 24 hours, but specifics I do not have as that can't be disclosed.

Soon as the financials are done.
3. Has the $500K raised been put in escrow or been placed towards the purchase of the cannabis property?
The 500k is a firm commitment

5. Are their plans to bring laughing frogs to Amazon or other major online retailers?
Yes
6. Are their plans to bring laughing frogs to a national retailer?
Yes, but again its a process
7. The current float reads approximately 360M. Is this accurate?
Probably around 500 M. OTC markets had not been updated for several years but the OS was about 2 billion prior to the acquisition and had been for several years.
8. Are there plans to increase the OS or AS?
If there are acquisition targets that would enhance the company and shareholder value we would consider that.
9. Are there plans to decrease OS or AS?
No and no plans to consolidate (roll back)
10. Are there plans to retire shares back to the treasury?
Since the shares are in the hands of shareholders that would involve a share buyback but the company plans to use funds to grow the company.
11. Is the intention of the company to become current?
Absolutely 100%. Already being worked on. The NVSOS will be done asap. There are many docs, resolutions, financials, etc that are being updated but it is a high priority.
12. Will the $500K raised negatively impact the shareholders? Or was it raised through private investors?
All funds required will be raised either as a participation or debt. The company has no plans to dilute the outstanding to raise capital.
13. Are new products in development for laughing frog or other channels?
Yes
14. Where is the Cannabis farm located?
Mendocino County
15. Will Otcmarkets be updated with current information? How soon?
Yes, we were planning to do it all at once but since some parts take a bit longer we will start with the NVSOS to show shareholders it is in progress.

We are expecting substantial revenue, but can't disclose a range at this time. We do expect Laughingfrogs to scale more rapidly. The process is much easier scalable.
24. Is CBD legal in all states?
Ours is because it is Hemp CBD, derived from 100% organically grown hemp stalks, no flower, which is why we can control the 0.3% THC component in the way that we do.

We cannot disclose the nature of the update but we will keep shareholders well informed. We listen to shareholders. Hence the earlier processing of the NVSOS and a twitter account which will be added to the release (s) soon as it is up.
