Stockster , I understand and accept your rebuttal . I do use strong language .

I used the words " apparently been unsuccessful " insomuch as the Brokerages are deflecting responsibility TO BKMP to mail out the divy certificates .

In a prior post I used the term " circumstantial evidence " , because the Brokerages have not EVER admitted to nakedly shorting stocks . How does one provide the type of corroborative links that you seek , to an issue ( NSS ) that has never been admitted by the offenders ?

And , even if my posts are taken as fact they are not germane to ownership , buy / sell decisions of BKMP .

I have stated the " APPARENT " issues are " RESOLVABLE " .

Anyway , as Bullwinkle is famous for saying ..." I have rivers to cross and mountains to climb " ....ie ....work beckons .
