You do. The gain on a permit normally pops at the open (or premarket) and then comes back down. Within 2 or 3 days, it is close to where it was. Later, as they start proeducing and showing numbers, it rises again. but slower, more steady, and more in line with reality. Then it is a great buy.

I'm going to wait a little. Hope to get it under $3 within the week. With the way the open is going, could be sooner than that.
