Good point. But Steve Berman tweeted almost 3 years ago that he was beginning the share reduction, so the lawyers should have been prepped for it.

He also stated that a second share reduction was going to happen a year ago. Either he’s lying or these lawyers are REALLY slow.

He also stated that an audit was being completed- it wasn’t. And that the company was moving the CO- it didn’t. And that we were becoming HEXA- we didn’t. In fact, we (ONCI/HRXA) don’t even have a functioning website!

I’m hoping that the third time is a charm for the share reduction, but I’m justifiably skeptical.
