I saw this over on the Kitco website. Video of predictions (Christmas week) from the Trader that got the most recent bottom in gold right making calls for where the PM's are heading. $1400 gold by next year. He thinks silver will actually outperform gold going forward.
If the metal prices move steadily higher we should see the miners follow especially as the overall stock markets continue to sell-off lower and as He correctly stated money will be rotating into safe-haven assets.
