Not sure what your calculation trying to imply here.. no matter what the size you are holding prior to R/S, big or small, you will lose in front of dilution... the CEO has to wipe out the current common to make room for preferred holders and note holders.. btw any common thinks that they buy into the shell and would not get diluted deserve an expensive lesson .. only be greedy when you riding free on OTC
