As a follow-up post RE: the safety of Bryostatin, I was reading this article (posted by runncoach, I think):

The authors of this peer-reviewed PNAS article unequivocally state:

"The established clinical safety profile of bryostatin-1 in humans could expedite its development as a therapeutic agent in MS"


It's quite clear that the clinical safety of Bryostatin is established to top researchers in the field.
