Read the filing the par value .001 it used to say .0001 as all of them usually do even big boards on their shares for insiders. Why would we drop to trips? Also it is very unusual in a RS to do the exact same number have only 222,000 shares out there and the AS matches with the new split o it is lower now. So far the stock value would be unchanged. I do not think it is going to as bad as any are predicting. Why would people even sell at .005? He has always said he is doing what is best for shareholders. I think he wants the smaller penny stock traders out. He wants investors. Most of the longs I know are investors and none are selling.
